What you can do in this module

See your available balance, broken down by currency if applicable.

Request a payout when you have funds available to withdraw.

Review the history of past payout requests and check their current status.

Recommended approach

Check your balance before requesting a payout to confirm the amount and currency are correct.

Make sure your payout account details in your profile are up to date — incorrect details cause delays.

After submitting a request, check the history view to monitor progress rather than submitting again.

If something looks wrong

If your balance does not match what you expect, check your recent customer activity and referral conversions first.

If a payout request has been pending for longer than expected, contact support and include the request date and amount.

Do not submit a second request for the same balance — check history to confirm the original was received before following up.
